For photographer and graphic designer Nancy Cantwell, the path of creativity has always been focused on the concept of relationships. Whether the journey has been one of photographic observation, juxtaposition, subject recognition, how historical perspective affects message conveyance and graphic content, she universally puts to test the meaning and measurement of the experience. While images may contain serial subjects, her vision is singular in substance, the connection being the attendant destination. With the same intention, many singular images contain multiple veneer treatments to further explore hidden discourse or binary representation.
